Ok folks. I told you I would tell you when it’s good and when it’s bad and… I struggled. Last week I went on a business-related lunch down in Santa Monica and I showed up looking CUTTTTTEEEEE but the folks I was meeting with chose a place to eat at several blocks away from where we met.
I was not prepared. My shoes were wrong. My thighs were wrong… and my knee was screaming. My cardio and breathing was totally fine BUT my knee was not. I wasn’t prepared. Had I been in different shoes (something more supportive and cushioned than the ballet flats I was wearing) and some pants to prevent the chub rub it would have been a totes different ballgame.
And then I got into my head. So…… I acknowledged the feeling and moved on.
